MACVAD Limited has issued a recall. MACVAD Limited (MACVAD) is recalling certain accessory Auto XS Heated Seat Covers, part number 44322, manufactured August 1, 2014, to September 1, 2014. The seat covers may overheat causing the fabric to melt. If the seat cover overheats melting the fabric, it can increase the risk of personal injury to the seat occupant or may result in a vehicle fire.
What you should do

Description of the Safety Risk : Caution: Heated Car Seat Cover has a possible defect that causes the seat to
overheat and can potentially cause a fire if unattended. The recalled seat cover
plugs into the cigarette lighter in an automobile. MACVAD is initiating this
voluntary recall in case customers have any affected product in their homes.
